Hecht Family Fund Leaves a Lasting Legacy

“This endowed fund was established in memory of Francis and Silvia Hecht by their children to honor and support community projects in the Bern and Seneca areas,” shared Nemaha County STEP Foundation Executive Director Tory Jost. Jost emphasized, “We are grateful for this generous gift of $150,000 to establish this fund. By utilizing the STEP Foundation, it is a perfect way to honor their parents, while giving back to the communities where they were raised, and also establishing a legacy fund for future generations at the same time.”
